OFFICIAL RULES

1. Sponsor

The Customer Appreciation Day Drawing is sponsored by DCC Propane, LLC and/or its participating local brand/location hosting the applicable Customer Appreciation Day event.

2. Eligibility

The drawing is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who attend the applicable Customer Appreciation Day event.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of DCC Propane, LLC, its affiliated companies, participating locations, advertising/marketing partners, and members of their immediate households are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to Enter

Eligible attendees may enter during the Customer Appreciation Day event by completing the official digital drawing entry form using the QR code provided at the event.

If an attendee is unable or unwilling to use the QR code, a team member may assist by entering the attendee’s information into the approved Drawing Entries spreadsheet at the event.

To be eligible, all required entry fields must be completed. The entrant must also acknowledge the official drawing rules, privacy policy, and follow-up consent. Incomplete, illegible, late, duplicate, or non-compliant entries may be disqualified.

Limit one entry per person per event.

4. Entry Period

Entries will be accepted only during the posted hours of the applicable Customer Appreciation Day event. Drawing signage and entry materials are valid only during the event and should not be displayed before or after the event.

5. Prize(s)

Prize(s) may vary by event and will be identified in event signage or promotional materials. Prizes may include, but are not limited to, propane account credits, propane grill/griddle prizes, BBQ cylinder fill coupons, branded giveaways, or other promotional items.

Propane prizes are awarded as an account credit equal to the then-current retail value of the stated gallons at the applicable local brand/location at the time the prize is awarded. Bulk propane account credits are available only to active bulk propane customers in good standing.

The prize is not a guaranteed delivery of exactly the stated number of gallons, is not redeemable for cash, and may not be transferred, substituted, or exchanged by the winner. Propane delivery remains subject to standard account status, delivery area, delivery route, tank access, safety, minimum delivery, and other applicable service requirements.

If a selected winner is not an active bulk propane customer, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, award an alternate prize, substitute a prize of equal or lesser value, or select an alternate winner.

6. Winner Selection

Marketing will combine eligible digital and approved spreadsheet entries for the applicable event and conduct the random drawing. Winners will be selected from all eligible entries received for that event.

The local team/location is not responsible for selecting winners. Marketing will conduct and document the drawing, validate the winner selection, and notify the appropriate location manager or CAD team lead.

7. Winner Notification

Selected winners will be notified using the email address provided on the entry form. Entrants are responsible for providing a valid, accurate email address.

If a selected winner does not respond within a reasonable time, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

The local team will coordinate prize pickup, account credit application, or other prize fulfillment after Marketing confirms the winner.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Customer Appreciation Day event.

9. Taxes and Reporting

All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may require completion of applicable tax documentation before awarding any prize if required by law.

10. Publicity

By accepting a prize, the winner grants Sponsor and its affiliated brands the right to use the winner’s name, city/state, photo, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

11. Privacy and Follow-Up

Information collected through the drawing entry process may be used to administer the drawing, contact winners, provide requested follow-up, update customer records, and send approved marketing or customer communications, subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

Entrants requesting contact about service or their account may be referred to the appropriate local team member for follow-up.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicated, submitted outside the approved process, or otherwise inconsistent with these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the drawing if fraud, technical issues, human error, weather, operational disruption, or any other factor affects the integrity or proper administration of the drawing.

Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters relating to the drawing.

13. Release of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless DCC Propane, LLC, its affiliated brands, participating locations, employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in the drawing or acceptance/use of any prize.
